We are proud to announce that the Ministry of Education has awarded BTC a 5-year Tertiary Institution License. The first tertiary level license in our 29-year history and the longest term we have ever been granted. This is our third license since the Ministry began issuing them, and it marks a meaningful step up. Past licenses recognized BTC as a secondary level institution for 3 year terms. This new license recognizes BTC at the tertiary level for 5 years, opening the door to expanded programs and higher level qualifications for our students. To our students, staff, partners, and the communities that we serve across Dominica , St.Kitts, Antigua, St.Maarten, St.Lucia and the rest of the region .
