This is an extremely relevant and important programme in today’s world, specialising in the management of information technology, computers and computer systems and databases; it also provides knowledge and learning about management, leadership, team-work and more.   The Programme aims to provide managerial, leadership and operational knowledge and understanding for the efficient management of computer systems, IT functions and databases, together with a range of high-level project and business management, administration and leadership skills. The first ‘Study Year’ concentrates on a wide range of business, management, leadership and administration topics; the second ‘Study Year’ builds upon that and introduces more specialised subjects including computer systems and IT project management and administration; the third ‘Study Year’ continues with a wide range of management issues including database management and includes the opportunity to prepare a business Project to increase analytical ability, improve skills and competencies and take knowledge and confidence to higher levels.
